A: Yes, we provide services for moves across the city, across the country (nationwide in the UK), and even across the globe to various EU destinations.

2. Pricing & Booking
Q: How is your pricing structured for removals?
A: Our 3.5 Tonne LWB Luton van is charged on an hourly basis. The minimum booking time is generally 2 hours for assisted moves.
Q: What are your hourly rates for different crew sizes?
A:
Driver Only (Self-loading): From £49 (2 hours minimum) - customer loads/unloads.
1 Man (Driver): From £59 (2 hours minimum) - driver helps load/unload, with assembly/disassembly and packing/unpacking assistance.
2 Men (Driver & Porter): From £79 (2 hours minimum) - two men help load/unload for a faster service, with assembly/disassembly and packing/unpacking assistance.
3 Men (Driver & 2 Porters): From £89 (2 hours minimum) - three men help load/unload for the fastest service, with assembly/disassembly and packing/unpacking assistance.
Q: Are there any additional charges for out-of-hours bookings?
A: Yes, bookings made outside our scheduled slots 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. will incur an additional charge of £5 per hour during weekdays, £10 per hour during Saturday and Sunday. All bookings during the Saturday and Sunday incur an additional charge of £5 per hour . The minimum booking time for these is 2 hours.
Q: What if my pick-up or drop-off location is outside London but within the M25?
A: There will be an additional charge of £15 for pick-ups or destinations outside London but within the M25 (e.g., UB, WD, IG, EN postcodes).
Q: Do I need to pay for Congestion Charge or ULEZ?
A: Yes, to cover fees incurred by travelling in the congestion zone, there will be an additional charge of £15.00 where applicable for pick-ups or drop-offs in this area. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
Q: Are there any extra charges for evenings, weekends, or Bank Holidays?
A: Yes, additional charges apply:
Evenings (after 6 PM): +£5/hr
Weekends: +£5/hr
Weekend Evenings (after 6 PM): +£10/hr
Bank Holidays: +£10/hr

Q: What is the charge for travel outside the M25?
A: Travel outside the M25 is charged at +£1.5 per mile.
Q: Is insurance included in the price?
A: Insurance is available for assisted moves only, available on request. Insurance is not included for the "Driver Only (Self-loading)" option. You must request for insurance, you will be charged £75 for the duration of the move.
Q: What does the "Driver Only (Self-loading)" service entail?
A: With this service, the customer is responsible for loading and unloading the van. No loading/unloading, assembly/disassembly or packing/unpacking assistance is provided.
Q: What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
A: We understand plans can change. Please let us know as early as possible. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the move may incur a fee.

A: The total price of your move will be sent to you after you submit your booking form here.
Q: How much notice do I need to give to book a removal?
A: We recommend booking at least 1–2 days in advance, especially during weekends or busy periods. However, we accept same day bookings with as little as an hour’s notice.

A: Our Man and Van service is ideal for smaller moves or when you need extra hands for your relocation.
Q: Can you help with single item collections and deliveries?
A: Yes, we offer collections and deliveries for furniture, appliances, or single items at a competitive price, whether you need local collections, same-day deliveries, or door-to-door transport across the UK. We charge £50 per single large item - 2 Man & Van, for a maximum of 2 hours. After 2 hours, you will be charged £25 every half an hour.
Q: Do you offer packing services?
A: Yes, we offer comprehensive packing services, including:
Full Packing Service: We pack your entire property.
Part Packing Service: We help with specific rooms or items (e.g., kitchen, delicate items).
Fragile-Only Packing: Our experts handle breakables like glassware, artwork, and electronics.
Unpacking Service: We can help you unpack and place items in your new property.

A: Yes, our vans have two passenger seats available when you book 1 Man & Van, 1 passenger seat when you book 2 Man & Van, and no passenger seats when you book 3 Man & Van.
